Nominations are now open for the UO Sustainability Awards

Nominations are now open for the UO Sustainability Awards, including those for research, teaching and campus administration and operations.

The Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation is accepting nominations for two awards — research, and innovation and impact — due Feb. 27. The Teaching Engagement Program in the Office of the Provost sponsors the Excellence in Teaching Award; nominations are due March 3. The Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration invites nominations for the Sustainable Campus Award, with a deadline of Feb. 24.

Members of the campus community are invited to nominate themselves or others for any of the awards.

Winners will be celebrated at a May awards ceremony, hosted by the Office of Sustainability, and also will receive a physical award and video describing their work. Learn more about the nominating process on the UO Sustainability Awards website.
